A 50% deposit is charged to your account at initial order and the balance will be charged at time of shipping.

We accept Mastercard and Visa. Our website uses secure servers and we never give out mailing lists to third parties.

Most orders are shipped in 8-12 weeks. Quote for shipping costs will be confirmed within two business days of placing order.

Please report to Carpinteros and to the shipper within 24 hours any damaged furniture received. Please keep the packing materials as evidence in any claim. Proper reporting of damage claims is required.

Return Merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. For standard items there is a 25% re-stocking charge plus shipping for items returned. Custom orders will be evaluated case by case.
